Refund Policy

As a small business, each t-shirt dress is handmade to order, so returns and exchanges are very costly for me.

However, I stand behind the quality of my clothing. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email me directly at kate@rovena.co

For exchanges - I will handmake you a new t-shirt dress in a different size free of charge. I'm happy to help you choose a size if you're unsure. I do ask that you double check the size, as I can only make a new dress once. You may keep or donate the previous t-shirt dress.

For returns - I will personally refund your order. You may keep or donate the t-shirt dress as well.

Your support and satisfaction means the world to me, so please don't abuse this policy.
